Mike Romano is the founder and lead coach at New York Golf & Fitness bringing over 14+ years of personal training experience to our facility. Flexible Training Options
We offer personal training sessions that can be booked on your own schedule. If you also choose one of our all-inclusive membership plans (such as Maverick or Hawk), you receive full gym access — meaning you can train with Mike and use the facility on your own time to work on mobility, strength, or any fitness goals outside of sessions.
