That’s why we’re proud to have Mike Romano, an experienced fitness coach and personal trainer with a proven track record of helping people transform their bodies and achieve long-term results along with a strong team of Certified Personal Trainers to help you achieve your goals. 
 

About Mike Romano — Your Personal Training Specialist
 

Mike Romano is the founder and lead coach at New York Golf & Fitness bringing over 17+ years of personal training experience to our facility. Throughout his career, Mike has helped hundreds of clients — from busy professionals and stay-at-home parents to athletes of all levels — build confidence, strength, and sustainable fitness habits. He’s known for his individualized training style, deep understanding of functional movement, and commitment to coaching that gets real, lasting results.

Zoey Brady - nasm-CPT
A NASM certified personal trainer dedicated to helping people build strength

that carries into real life. Zoey’s coaching goes far beyond any single sport.

She helps people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best in

whatever activities they love.

 

Zoey’s approach centers on strength training for muscle quality, bone health,

cognitive function, and longevity. Whether your goal is to improve performance,

prevent injury, or simply live a higher-quality life for as long as possible,

your training will be built with intention and purpose.

 

Zoey is a competitive powerlifter with experience in CrossFit and a background

in dance. She brings a balance of strength, athleticism, body awareness, and

discipline into her coaching. Zoey knows strength is one of the most powerful tools

we need. Muscle isn’t just for performance and aesthetics, but for confidence,

independence, and resilience in everyday life

 

 

Ben Covi - acsm-CPT

 

Ben Covi is an ACSM-certified personal trainer with an Associate’s Degree

in Exercise Science from Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC).

A former HVCC football player, he built his athletic foundation through collegiate

competition and disciplined training. Today, Ben applies evidence-based

programming and real-world athletic experience to train individuals of all levels

while continuing to compete as an elite track cyclist. His mission is rooted

in performance, consistency, and continual improvement.

Flexible Training Options
 

We offer personal training sessions that can be booked on your own schedule. If you also choose one of our all-inclusive membership plans (such as Maverick or Hawk), you receive full gym access — meaning you can train with one of our coaches and use the facility on your own time to work on mobility, strength, or any fitness goals outside of sessions.
