Adam Paddock, Mike Romano, Just The Tips

Adam PADDOCK & MIKE ROMANO

For founders Adam Paddock and Mike Romano, golf isn’t just a game — it’s a shared passion that’s become a cornerstone of their lives. After launching their golf-focused social media brand, 'Just The Tips', their connection to the sport deepened even further. Being so immersed in golf inspired them to combine the two things they’re most passionate about — golf and fitness. The two met when Adam began training with Mike, a personal trainer and owner of Maximum Fitness Results, while working to get into the best shape of his life. Their shared energy, drive, and vision led to the creation of New York Golf & Fitness — a space designed to elevate both the body and the game.

Adam Paddock


Adam’s connection to golf started early — at just 13 years old, he began working at Rondout Country Club in the Hudson Valley. That first job sparked what would become a lifelong love for the sport. Over the years, Adam has earned numerous amateur accolades and has remained an active part of the regional golf community. His dedication to improving his game and understanding the culture of golf continues to drive his vision for creating a place where golfers can train, learn, and grow together.

 

Mike Romano


Mike’s journey with golf began while working as a caddie at Kiawah Island Golf Course, one of the most renowned courses in the country. Since picking up the game himself, he’s been committed to constant improvement — both in his swing and his fitness philosophy. As a professional trainer with years of experience helping clients reach peak performance, Mike brings a results-driven approach to New York Golf & Fitness. He will serve as the lead trainer, combining his expertise in strength, mobility, and conditioning to help every member — from beginners to competitive players — reach their full potential.
