Unlimited Sim & Gym
​

Inspired by our favorite golf architect, Mike Strantz, this is our flagship membership. $399/month gives you unlimited simulator and gym access, plus 7-day priority booking for Bays 1–3 (and Bay 4 when available). It’s a true “come-when-you-want” membership — practice, train, lift, or warm up before heading to the course.

 

During peak golf season (April–September), your rate drops automatically to $249/month, since we know you’ll be out playing more. You’ll still have full access for rainy-day rounds, warm-ups, and of course the gym.

 

Maverick Member Perks

• 15% off leagues, golf contests, and events

• 15% off private parties

• 10% off personal training and golf lessons

• Open Bay Hours: Come hang out, hit some balls, and meet other members during our free open-sim sessions

• Freeze Option: Once per year, for up to 3 months, at $50/month to keep your

account active

• Annual Rate-Lock: Each October (starting 2026) a $50 rate-lock charge keeps your rate locked for the year — as long as your account stays active, your price never increases

 

Session Lengths: 30 min / 60 min / 90 min — up to 90 minutes per day

Guests: Unlimited guests at $25 per visit (Sim + Gym) — each guest up to 4 visits and must be with a member

Sim & Gym (Pay-as-you-play Sims)

For those who want full access without going fully unlimited, the Hawk membership is $199/month with 4-day priority booking for Bays 1–3 (and Bay 4 when available).

 

Full Simulator and Gym access each time you come in.

 

Session Options: 30 min = $15 | 60 min = $30 | 90 min = $45

 

From April–September, your rate automatically drops to $99/month, while the per-

session sim fees remains the same.
